PRIVATE HOUSE IN YEREVAN

Axonometry
The planned site, the total area of which is 700 square metres, is located on Moldovakan street. The slope of the relief is 0.3 metres, and the fall of the relief in the vertical part is 2.8 metres. On the right and left sides of the street are built 2-3-story fenced private houses. The client was given the task of providing the floor plan solutions in such a way that they are aesthetically pleasing, free, but at the same time with functional solutions. Most of the external cladding of the building was covered with travertine tiles, and the other part with black travertine tiles, which was the idea of the building's volume-spatial concept, in this way to get clear geometrical volumes close to the cut stone. The entry point of the building was realised by means of clear geometric volumes of the portal, which allows it to have a wide light source. The plot had a fairly vertical slope, so it was necessary to provide a retaining wall, which serves as a parking lot at -0.45, and a summer kitchen at -2.00. It is planned to implement a light metal cover on the retaining wall, which will be fixed by mobile ropes and hard metals, thus it will protect the mentioned zone from precipitation. The first and second floors of the planned building are residential.
There is a semi-basement for 2 cars, outdoor parking, summer kitchen.
The height of the floors in the residential area is 3.3 metres and the semi-basement section is 2.97 metres.A part of the roof is flat with internal drainage and the other sloped with external drainage
